We employ over 450 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.As part of our growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for a Maintenance technician to strengthen our teams.Your role:The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.- Repairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects, diagnosing issues, and finding solutions; - Maintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and adapting them if necessary based on internal guidelines; - Regularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools, including the preparation and approval of precision instruments; - Carrying out basicrepairs on building installations, such as electricity, plumbing, heating, and painting; - Performing certainadministrative tasks, such as preparing work requests; - Guiding and supporting subcontractors on the shop floor; - Reporting to theMaintenance Manager on completed repairs, maintenance activities, and incidents. Job Requirements Your profile:- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment; - Basic knowledge ofPLC systems; - Strong electrical skills; - Positive attitude,flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly; - Willingness to investigate issues thoroughly and a strong ‘can-do' mindset; - Experience with AutoCAD for drafting, reading, and editing is a strong plus; - At minimum, a highschool diploma in an electrical or mechanical field; - Good communicationskills in Dutch or French, with a basic knowledge of English; - Day shifts with flexible working hours.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
