Requirements Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience; Knowledge of M365 (SharePoint Online Communication Sites - editing, web parts, metadata, multilingual features, permissions, and content publishing workflows and familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive to support integrated digital workplace solutions and communication campaigns; Experience with Web Content Strategy & Editorial Standards, including accessibility (WCAG); Usage of various web content management tools, for example Drupal; Knowledge of structuring content using SharePoint features, tagging and taxonomy, user navigation flows, and optimizing for findability and engagement; Web design capabilities and usage of corresponding tools (adobe, figma, etc...); Proficient in SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365; Very good knowledge of agile project management methodology fundamentals, web communication, information architecture & UX Design; Experience with Web Content Creation & Editorial Skills; Ability to understand requirements, propose solutions and help deliver them efficiently and fast; Ability to give business and technical presentations; Excellent command of the English language.
