As an Purchase to Pay Specialist, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all financial transactions with our suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing while maintaining strong and professional supplier relationships.
Your responsibilities
* Managing accounts payable processes from A to Z
* Processing and booking incoming supplier invoices
* Following up on invoice approvals
* Executing timely and accurate payments
* Monitoring supplier balances
* Handling supplier inquiries via email and phone
* Supporting continuous improvement of AP processes and procedures
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
* Experience in accounts payable or finance
* Good knowledge of accounting principles, including GL and VAT
* Accurate, structured, and able to work according to policies, guidelines, and procedures
* Strong communication skills with a commercial and results‑oriented mindset
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Language skills: Dutch and English required; French is a plus
