The Senior Director of Marketing and Analytics – EMEA will be responsible for acting as a regional reference and leading the various Marketing & Insights / Analytics functions (such as Media, Content, CRM, Websites, Consumer Analytics, Marketing Analytics and Business analytics). The incumbent will be setting and executing the marketing strategy for Consumer BU EMEA, providing input to the product roadmap, transcreating and translating global brand content regionally (including, but not limited to digital.), and targeting the End-Consumer directly. The incumbent will manage digital assets, and social media tools & communities / product website content while providing framework for Consumer Marketing to secure the execution of marketing activities across EMEA.They will work with the country teams to translate regional end-consumer strategies and initiatives into winning localized marketing plans for execution. Lead the business to higher volume and profitability through rigorous strategies, market insights and advanced data analytics. Serve as a competitive advantage for Goodyear and support the marketing and sales organizations in supplying consumer insights to inform business decisions and enhance consumer experience by making Goodyear easy to buy, own and recommend.The incumbent will lead the strategic direction of the Insights organization in supporting the development and attainment of the overall strategic plan and AOP by maximizing profitable sales growth and volume with specific customers and developing strategics customer partnerships. They will lead the team to enable the PBU's make informed decisions and generate alignment across the organization, as well as support the development of core capabilities including Advanced Analytics, Industry Insights, and Geo-Analytics.Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Marketing Consumer EMEAActing as regional reference and lead for the various Marketing & Insights /Analytics functions (such as Media, Content, CRM, Websites, Consumer Analytics, Marketing Analytics and Business analyticsSetting and executing the marketing strategy for Consumer BU EMEAWorking with the Global Teams to translate/transcreate the Global content into regional content.Setting and executing the marketing strategy for Consumer BU EMEAEnsuring the marketing efforts (Media, Websites, Creative Content, Blimp, Partnerships, Social, etc.) are coordinated with the regional product and marketing plans.Provide EMEA input into the Global Marketing strategy.Consumer Analytics And InsightsConsumer Segmentation: Oversee consumer segmentation efforts to identify and target key audience segments.Trend Identification: Lead efforts to identify consumer trends and behaviors to inform product development and marketing strategies.Target Audience Development: Develop and refine target audience profiles to enhance marketing effectiveness.Propensity Modeling: Utilize propensity modeling to predict customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts.First Party Custom Research: Conduct and oversee first-party custom research to gather unique consumer insights.Customer Insights: Translate data into actionable customer insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Marketing Analytics And InsightsWebsite Analytics: Oversee website analytics to optimize online user experience and engagement.Marketing Mix Modeling: Develop and implement marketing mix models to evaluate and optimize marketing investments.Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast marketing outcomes and inform strategy.Advanced Marketing Attribution: Lead advanced marketing attribution efforts to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities.Other Marketing Analytics: Support various marketing analytics initiatives to enhance marketing performance and ROI.Business Analytics And InsightsCommercial Performance: Analyze commercial performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Network Analytics: Oversee network analytics to optimize distribution and operational efficiency.Product Analytics: Lead product analytics efforts to inform product development and lifecycle management.Pricing Analytics: Utilize pricing analytics to develop competitive pricing strategies.Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning.SWOT Analysis: Perform SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Other Business Analytics: Support a wide range of business analytics initiatives to drive strategic decision-making.Key Experiences15+ years of marketing experience with a leading international consumer products company having worked in multiple countries; with experience leading large, multi-functional teamsFluent in English - Other European languages would be positive.Desired experience in one or more of the following: media, social, marketing, branding, data science, advanced business analytics, quantitative marketing research, media research, sales analytics or shopper research.Understanding of data management, data governance, and data architecture.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data and analytics strategies in a global organization.Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; Advanced Degree PreferredKey SkillsExceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with ability to work at the intersection.Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Proven brand marketing skills together with strategic and analytical ability.Strong communicator, with Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to various group sizes.Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment.Leadership skills demonstrated by the past business results.Ability to develop people and drive engagement.Proven Business acumen and experience in developing strategy and business-driving recommendations.Ability to work well with others and participate in multifunctional work.Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
