Requirements
* Languages: Advanced German and English (minimum C1 level)
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service
* Availability: Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate
What We Offer
* Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
* Full-time position: 39 hours per week
* Salary: €22,000 gross per year
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm
* Work modality: On-site position near Puerta de Toledo -Piramides, with the possibility of hybrid work after completing the learning curve.
* Training: Paid on-site training (under contract), Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
