Service Engineer – Benelux Region
Location: Netherlands or Belgium
Reports to: Benelux Regional Sales Manager
We are working on behalf of our client to find a Service Engineer for their operations in the Benelux region. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for fuel machines in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will be working closely with dealers and customers, ensuring excellent service quality and supporting warranty processing.
You can be located in either Netherlands and Belgium, the main dealer is in belgium. Traveling is an asbolute must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on excavators and wheel loaders.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures.
* Provide on-site and remote support to minimize downtime.
* Conduct service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs.
* Advise customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and spare parts.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience with excavators and wheel loaders.
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Experience with maintenance on excavators and wheel loaders.
* Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to travel within the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium).
Salary will be discussed, the client is open on this, depending on experience.
Car will of course be provided.
