You will help the Customer Vehicle Quality team improve how Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) from an alliance partner are handled by analysing current workflows, simplifying data sources, automating key steps, and enhancing Power BI reporting. You’ll contribute to more efficient processes for managing repair information while working closely with the team in an international environment. Team/division description The Customer Vehicle Quality team is dedicated to protecting and minimizing inconvenience to customers and the company by providing effective and rapid solutions to field quality concerns. The team investigates customer issues, prioritizes problems, and coordinates quick resolutions in collaboration with various stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and alliance partners. Their mission is to ensure field fixes and repair information are available for the dealer network, prevent recurrence of issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction across Europe. Your project Gain an understanding of the business process for publishing Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) for vehicles supplied by our alliance partner Identify and clarify the challenges team members face when working with various data sources such as Excel lists, emails, attachments, and IT systems Design and implement more efficient processes or process elements using Microsoft Office tools, including restructuring data sources as needed (for example, developing an intuitive, task-based system for the team, automating email notifications when new TSBs arrive, and streamlining requests for additional information from alliance partners) Enhance existing Power BI report by integrating new data and visualizations to improve insights and usability Review and refine current operational procedures to ensure best practices and efficiency Contribute to the development of next-generation processes for alliance vehicle repair information management Collaborate closely with permanent team members, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) You are a Master’s student in Engineering and available fulltime for 6 months starting in June. You have a genuine passion for mobility solutions. You have experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint) and you are comfortable using Power BI. You can analyse, structure, and connect diverse data sources effectively. You think objectively and fact‑based, while bringing creativity and innovation to your work. You collaborate easily with others and communicate clearly, presenting data in a logical and accessible way.
