You will be leading and working with your team of Accounts Payable Specialists and Treasury Officers by having a strong focus on timely processing of invoices and payments and maintaining clean vendor cards. Timely payments of our vendors reconciled Inter Company positions and timely processing of the bank payments and receipts are crucial. Ensuring banks are processed daily and suspense accounts are clean. Perform monthly Intercompany reconciliation and take actions to clear Intercompany differences. Ensure timely response to queries/requests from vendors or other departments within STICHD. You guide your team in building strong relationships with other Departments within STICHD to ensure actions required are taken in a timely and correct manner. You will monitor, report and take responsibility for the team's results. You will be responsible for compliance with internal Accounts Payable processes. The technical content such as management of outstanding risks by making financial and risk analyses and monitoring vendor and intercompany positions will be done in close contact with the Finance Manager. You actively identify improvements in processes and implement them in practice. In doing so, you will liaise with our departments within STICHD and PUMA. You are part of the Finance department and report to the Head of Finance.**Your Mission*** Leading the Accounts Payable and Treasury team by prioritizing work, provide operational support when needed and serve as first point of contact and escalation for business partners* Establish department goals and measure performance with appropriate KPI’s.* Assessing processes and redefine future processes.* You can take along your team and convince others of the added value of changes/improvement.;* Accurate monitoring of vendor cards.;* Accurate monitoring of suspense accounts.;* Provide coordination and follow-up support to the Accounts Payable team, including:* Ensuring timely processing of invoices in Medius;* Monitoring workflows in Medius and taking appropriate actions as necessary;* Maintaining accurate and correct master data for vendors.* Maintain a dashboard and ensure Finance Manager, Board and other stakeholders are informed on the status of the positions within Accounts Payable.* Support the Financial Controlling team in the month-end and year-end closing activities.* Lead process improvements to increase automation ratio in processing of invoices.* Support the Treasury Team in setup and working of the bank accounts and timely processing of payments.* Support the Treasury Team in setting up and managing bank accounts, ensuring payments are processed promptly.* Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.**Your Talent*** You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting;* 5+ years of relevant experience leading and coaching teams, with a proven ability to develop people and drive performance, within an international organization;* Strong hands-on experience with SAP and experience with invoicing processing systems;* You are fluent in Dutch and English;* You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your role, showing high energy, ownership, and a drive for continuous improvement;* You communicate clearly and confidently, with strong influencing and negotiating skills;* You combine analytical strength with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving;* You are results-driven, positive, and focused on impact;* You have a true can-do mentality and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.*This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.
