About the role As a Global Pricing Analyst, you play a key role in supporting, monitoring, and optimizing the end-to-end quotation and configuration process within our organization. You manage our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) application, which is central to creating accurate and consistent quotations. The CPQ application will be gradually rolled out across all sales divisions worldwide. You combine a strong analytical mindset with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that quotations are accurate, complete, and fully aligned with internal guidelines. In addition to the operational aspects of the role, you support strategic decision-making by developing business cases for new innovations. You actively contribute to process improvements, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to structurally implement enhancements. You report directly to the Retail Director. Key responsibilities Building and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, logistics flows, and cost structures Managing, maintaining, and keeping cost and product parameters up to date within the CPQ application Developing theoretical cost estimations and pre-calculations for new innovations and tenders Designing and maintaining customer-specific and dynamic pricing models Supporting the rollout and further optimization of the CPQ tool across different sales divisions (Europe, USA, and Brazil) Guiding and supporting users throughout the entire quotation process, acting as the central point of contact for pricing- and quotation logic-related questions Identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to process optimizations Responsible for testing and validating new developments and system changes Documenting processes and ensuring clear, up-to-date work instructions Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Category Management, Product Management, IT, and Sales Who are we looking for? You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, Applied Economics, or a similar field. You are data-driven, analytically strong, and value structure and accuracy You have a process-oriented mindset and are able to translate complex information into clear and understandable insights You take ownership, are proactive, and turn improvement ideas into concrete actions Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel Knowledge of SAP is an asset Basic knowledge of or interest in Python is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally What do we offer?
