Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects, coordinating with internal departments and external partners
* Design and develop cutting-edge reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
* Optimize business intelligence tools and reporting pipelines for diverse business needs
* Model and manage scalable data warehousing architectures
* Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
* At least 5 years of experience in modern data warehousing
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Premium)
* Strong command of SQL, DAX, M-Query, and Power Automate
* Experience with Azure (Databricks, PySpark) or Oracle PL/SQL is a strong plus
* Project management experience and strong communication skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
