Our Deal & Valuation department is mainly active in Transaction Services (buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence investigations), Valuation of companies and M&A mandates. The last couple of years, we have seen a strong growth in Corporate Finance and we are therefore hiring junior consultants for our office Battice.

What will you be doing?
* Analysis of the Target's financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
* Preparation of Q&A for Target's management
* Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor's mandate
* Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
* Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum
What do you bring to the table?
* University background in finance or business economics
* Excellent knowledge of French
* Advanced working knowledge of English and Dutch. German is a big plus.
* Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
* Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
* Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
* Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
* Can do and result driven attitude
* Team player and self-starter
* Eager to learn
