Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join the IAM Services Squad within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cluster of a major Belgian banking group.
Your mission:
As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in the governance and delivery of secure and efficient access management services, ensuring the protection of applications and resources across the organization.
Within the IAM Services Squad, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and optimizing day-to-day access management services.
* Handling and coordinating stakeholder requests in a timely and effective manner.
* Conducting regular audits and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
* Monitoring the performance of IAM services and driving continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with the IAM Project and IAM Technology squads to ensure seamless integration of solutions and technologies.
Your profile:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience).
* Experience: At least 5 years in a relevant role.
* Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the second language. English is mandatory.
Key competencies:
Technical skills:
* Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management processes (IAM, Segregation of Duties, Role-Based Access Control).
* Solid experience with Rally.
* Familiarity with Garancy, Sailpoint, or CyberArk is a strong asset.
Business expertise:
* Knowledge of the BNP Paribas Group and its business context.
* Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban...).
* Skills in budget and project management.
Soft skills:
* Agile leadership: ability to coach and guide a recently formed squad.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset.
* Capacity to define clear objectives and support the team in achieving them.
* Analytical, structured, and proactive approach.
