Your roleAs an SAP Supply Chain Consultant, you support customers in maintaining, improving and extending their SAP logistics and production solutions.You take ownership of your functional topics, from incident analysis to solution delivery, while acting as a trusted partner for customers. Your responsibilitiesDeliver 2nd and 3rd level functional SAP support for multiple customersAnalyse, resolve and document SAP issues related to your moduleImplement functional changes, configurations and correctionsSupport and assist business key usersParticipate in on-site customer meetings, workshops and go-live support when requiredContribute to mini-projects and functional extensionsCollaborate with internal SAP consultants. SAPfor standard product issues and internal development teams for SOA People add-onsProactively communicate on progress and results with all stakeholdersEscalate operational issues when neededContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profileMin 3 years of experience as an SAP Supply Chain ConsultantStrong expertise in at least one module: PM, MM, SD or PPExperience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANAAbility to work independently while collaborating with international teamsStrong analytical and customer-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills with business and IT stakeholdersFluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset
