Position


Join the dynamic Customer Service & Operations team of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, a leader in the selective market of Benelux. This position offers a deep dive into a global luxury group and an opportunity to directly contribute to the commercial strategy.

Working closely with a senior team member, you will take ownership of the daily product flow for our BENELUX market clients. You will proactively direct logistical operations, striving for excellence in service, punctuality, quality, and overall efficiency.


Job responsibilities

* You will be responsible to receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality and accuracy recording the information in the system.
* You will prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while adhering to luxury packaging standards.
* You will manage articles and client databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* You will conduct daily management of sales and support orders, facilitating the distribution of luxury products.
* You will introduce and track files and manage returns to uphold customer satisfaction.
* You will submit annual declarations to Fost+ & Valipac contributing to corporate environmental responsibility.
* You will provide support to our Maisons, including Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, and Kenzo. This offers valuable exposure across the diverse LVMH luxury portfolio.
* You will provide support in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams for seamless coordination.
* You will assist identifying and addressing potential customer service issues before they escalate, contributing to the development and implementation of proactive strategies.


Additional information


Based in our Brussels office, you will work in a dynamic, international context, interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders while contributing to strategic and operational activities.

In this role, you will:

* Gain in-depth exposure to the commercial and cosmetics strategy of a leading luxury group
* Engage in enriching interactions with internal teams and external partners
* Collaborate cross-functionally by mobilizing various internal stakeholders
* Develop strong administrative and digital skills, with regular use of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strengthen your analytical and synthesis skills, supporting decision-making processes
