Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Manager Showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in our showroom by leading a high-performing team of sales associates.



Your Responsibilities:

* Empower and Coach Your Team: You will empower and coach your co-workers through knowledge, trust, and motivation to achieve exceptional results.
* Optimize Sales and Profitability: You will optimize sales and profitability by taking responsibility for the range and promoting commercial IKEA priorities.
* Make Quick Decisions: You will make quick decisions based on feedback from customers to ensure excellent customer service.
* Stay Informed: You will stay well-informed about the local commercial environment to make informed decisions.
* Ensure Store Appearance: You will ensure that the store looks attractive and inviting to customers.
* Operational Performance: You will ensure the operational performance of your department to meet business objectives.



Your Profile:

* Leadership Experience: You have professional leadership experience and love working with people.
* Problem Solver: You are a real problem solver and decision maker in a rapidly changing retail environment.
* Business-Minded: You are business-minded, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Sales Experience: You have experience in sales and a good understanding of the local market.
* Commercial Opportunities: You are good at identifying commercial opportunities and adapting your work to remain aligned with them.
* Continuous Improvement: You continuously challenge your team and yourself to exceed customers' expectations and optimize ways of working.
* Language Skills: You speak and write one of the store's regional languages and English.
