About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Pediatrician Assistant to support our paediatric team in delivering high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents.
This role plays a key part in clinical preparation, patient monitoring, vaccination support, and ensuring a safe, child-centred environment for families.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the pediatrician during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
* Prepare examination rooms, instruments, and medical documentation
* Measure and record paediatric vital signs, including height, weight, temperature...
* Support vaccination procedures and ensure accurate medical documentation
* Monitor child comfort and provide reassurance to patients and parents
* Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols
* Coordinate appointments and support clinical administrative tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in paediatrics, family medicine, or clinical assistance (preferred)
* Strong communication skills with children and parents
* High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Organised, accurate, and able to work in a structured clinical environment
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Nice to Have
* Certified Medical Assistant or Healthcare Assistant qualification
* Experience in childhood vaccination programmes
* Knowledge of child development milestones
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
