We are looking for a motivated and versatile Management Assistant to support a sales team of around 15 people for a Real Estate Developer. This strategic position plays a central role in administrative monitoring, internal coordination and the smooth running of daily operations. Your tasks and responsibilities?
4. Verify the compliance of contracts, documents and administrative data.
5. Implement internal processes in a reliable manner.
6. Provide cross-functional support: communication, event organisation, ad hoc coordination of marketing or recruitment assignments.
7. Accurately monitor ongoing purchase files and ensure smooth coordination between the various parties involved.
8. Assist management in structuring and optimising the performance of the field team.
The ideal profile?
9. Educational background in administrative secretarial work, management assistance or real estate.
10. Fluency in French AND Dutch (knowledge of english is an asset).
11. Attention to detail, methodical approach and autonomy in managing priorities.
12. Minimum 3 years’ experience.
