The company specialises in producing PIR and mineral wool insulated panels for roofing, façade and industrial applications. Your new role As an Administrative & Operational Support, you play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative, financial and analytical operations.Your responsibilities : Administrative and operational processing of invoices (checking against purchase orders, cost‑centre allocation) Support to the Purchasing department (purchase orders, PO management, extended SAP use) Payment follow‑up & debtor management Data analysis & reporting for management Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes Your profile Ideally, you have first experience in a similar role. You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset. You are comfortable with IT tools; SAP experience is a plus. You have excellent analytical skills and strong administrative accuracy.
