Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Local Business Wallonia team within a major Belgian banking group.
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will:
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients (via phone and email), providing day-to-day support on commercial banking matters in line with internal guidelines and authorizations.
* Gather and structure relevant client information to support Relationship Managers in their acquisition, prospecting, and credit origination activities.
* Manage the administrative follow-up of client interactions and ensure accurate and timely encoding into internal systems in close collaboration with Relationship Managers.
* Ensure full compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks (AML, GDPR, MiFID, etc.) and proactively contribute to operational risk management.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a commercial role or credit services.
* Solid knowledge of banking products and services as well as basic financial analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking IT tools and platforms.
Languages:
* Native French speaker.
* Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is considered a strong asset.
