Your day as a Project Engineer on site is filled with the following tasks:
* Planning and organising the work by translating a technical Dossier into a execution-ready order/project by order of the customer
* Drawing up a planning, ordering tools and materials, Order preparation and follow-up of deliveries (also for correctness/completeness), Checking the availability of materials/people/machines and allocation, order allocation to the performers, systematic and technical follow-up of the status of the projects
* Safety takes precedence, so draw up task-risk analyses for the work to be carried out. You also ensure that the measures are applied
* Draw up work descriptions so that the work can be handed over clearly
* If necessary, hiring subcontractors, contacting customers/suppliers, requesting prices
* Logistical organisation of the site where your team is active
* You have a bachelor's degree in (electro)mechanics; or are equivalent through experience
* Possession of a VCA certificate is required, but can also be obtained after a short training course
* Experience within mechanical projects is certainly a plus but not a necessity
* You can work fluently with the usual Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* You can do simple drawing work in Autocad, or you want to learn this
* You pay attention to processes and deadlines
* You have good organisational skills and work very meticulously
* Administration does not scare you off
