Mission
As part of our 25-person IT Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions, raising technical standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Working closely with Product Managers and Designers, you’ll help shape robust and user-friendly interfaces that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain front-end features in Vue.js, integrated with PHP-based back-end systems.
* Design, build, and maintain scalable PHP services and APIs.
* Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver sprint goals in line with roadmap expectations.
* Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through clean, testable code and regular reviews.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and performance.
* Work closely with Designers to turn UI/UX wireframes into high-quality interfaces.
* Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues — and proactively suggest improvements.
About You
* Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience).
* 3+ years of experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Webpack, jQuery, Lodash, or similar.
* Strong front-end mindset with deep knowledge of best practices.
* Comfortable maintaining existing architecture while driving new ideas and improvements.
* Solid experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
