Kapernikov innovates together with its customers to get the most out of their data. We help railways, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure companies turn complex data into real-world improvements—like safer maintenance operations and smarter energy use. Our 30-person team has been building machine-vision and data-heavy applications since 2011.

We're looking for a sales professional
Your role is to find the companies that want to innovate with data, A.I., cameras, and cloud computing. You'll connect with businesses of all sizes and explain how our way of working is the best guarantee for a successful project. You are skilled at identifying opportunities and thinking with the customer to achieve results that move their business forward. You'll contribute to our marketing and work closely with our software consultants to develop compelling project proposals.
The fun things you'll do
* Hunt for opportunities: Actively seek out and engage prospects, from small businesses to large multinationals, within a 2-hour radius of Brussels.
* Build relationships: Use digital tools like LinkedIn and in-person visits to connect with key people and understand their challenges.
* Craft solutions: Work with our team of passionate engineers to determine if we're the right partner and to develop proposals for innovative, often business-critical, applications.
* Be the face of Kapernikov: As part of a small commercial team, you will represent our company and guide the entire customer journey, from the first contact to ensuring satisfaction during our collaboration. You'll work directly with the owners.
* Create marketing materials: In close collaboration with the other members of the commercial team and with help of the software consultants.

* Relevant commercial experience is relevant (duh).
* Efficiency in finding and approaching prospects, and efficiently determining if there is a match.
* A passion for technology and the ability to identify the potential of our services for new clients.
* Fluent and professional communication in both Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.
