Key Responsibilities
Support project delivery for the Türkiye roll‑out and support factory implementation in Spain
Manage planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare phases
Coordinate SAP functional streams (FI, CO, Treasury, MM/VIM, SD, MDG)
Act as main interface between Business, IT, System Integrators, and local teams
Ensure adherence to global AHEAD standards and template governance
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID reporting
Drive readiness for UAT, data migration, cutover, and go‑live
Ensure knowledge transfer and handover to AMS / support teams
Required Profile
7+ years SAP project management experience
Proven S/4HANA roll‑out experience (Finance‑heavy programs)
Strong understanding of finance processes and SAP integration points
Experience in international / multi‑country deployments
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Structured delivery mindset (PMO, governance, reporting)
2. SAP S/4HANA FI Functional Consultant
Role Purpose
Deliver and support the
FI workstream
for the Türkiye roll‑out and support factory implementation in Spain, ensuring correct adoption of the global S/4HANA Finance template while meeting local statutory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze local Turkish FI requirements and assess fit to global template
Configure and support FI areas (GL, Document and Reporting Compliance, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Closing, Integrations)
Support data migration and reconciliation activities
Perform functional and integration testing
Drive UAT support and defect resolution
Collaborate closely with other streams
Ensure local compliance without breaking global template standards
Required Profile
Proven template roll‑out experience
Knowledge of local statutory finance requirements (Türkiye preferred)
Experience with Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC)
Experience with data migration using Data Migration Cockpit and financial reconciliation
Experience with IDoc integrations with other SAP systems
Strong documentation and functional design skills
3. SAP S/4HANA CO Functional Consultant
Role Purpose
Own the
Controlling (CO)
stream for the Türkiye roll‑out and support factory implementation in Spain, ensuring consistent cost controlling and reporting including both product and actual costing in line with the global AHEAD template.
Key Responsibilities
Assess local CO requirements vs global template
Configure and validate CO areas (Cost Centers, WBS Elements, Profitability Analysis, Allocations)
Implement product and actual costing
Support integration with FI, PS, MM, SD and other systems
Perform functional and integration testing
Support UAT, data validation, and reporting alignment
Ensure controlling design aligns with group reporting standards
Required Profile
Strong SAP S/4HANA CO experience in roll‑outs
Hands‑on knowledge of CO‑FI integration
Experience with data migration using Data Migration Cockpit and financial reconciliation
Experience with product costing, actual costing, project system, cost allocation cycles and profitability reporting
Ability to work within strict template governance
4. SAP S/4HANA MDG Functional Consultant
Role Purpose
Ensure correct Master Data Governance (MDG) setup for Suppliers, Customers and Financial Master Data and adoption for the Türkiye roll‑out, aligned with the global AHEAD MDG model.
Key Responsibilities
Support MDG for Finance master data (customers, vendors, finance objects)
Align local master data requirements with global governance
Support workflows, validations, and approvals
Coordinate data readiness and migration activities
Support UAT and go‑live stabilization
Required Profile
Strong SAP S/4HANA MDG experience
Experience with finance‑relevant master data
Roll‑out experience in governed MDG environments
Strong data quality and governance mindset
Experience with data migration using Data Migration Cockpit and reconciliation
5. Solution Designer – SAP S/4HANA

Solution Designer with a strong SAP S/4HANA background
to support large‑scale transformation and rollout programs in a complex international environment. xphnsxz The role focuses on translating business requirements into end‑to‑end solution designs, aligned with a global SAP S/4HANA template and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with global templates and architecture principles
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, integrative solution designs
Ensure optimal use of SAP standard functionality, challenging custom developments where appropriate
Lead solution design across core SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, logistics and integrations)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and system integrators
Govern solution consistency across projects and countries, ensuring template adherence
Support impact analysis, design decisions, and solution validation throughout the delivery lifecycle
Act as technical design authority within projects, supporting build, test, and deployment phases
Required Profile
Strong hands‑on experience in
SAP S/4HANA
implementations and rollouts (template‑based)
Deep understanding of SAP process integration across finance, logistics, and sales domains
Experience working in structured delivery models (SAP Activate / enterprise project governance)
Ability to operate in an international, multi‑stakeholder environment
Strong communication skills, able to bridge business and IT
Nice to Have
Experience in multi‑country SAP rollouts
Exposure to integration patterns, data consistency, and application landscape rationalisation
Automotive, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience
