Responsibilities
* Drive Performance : Track KPIs (revenue, average basket, conversion rate), analyze data & propose action plans to surpass targets.
* Lead & Inspire : Recruit, coach & motivate a team of 12-15 through regular briefs and hands-on support.
* Ensure Operational Excellence : Enforce procedures (inventory, cash, back-office), optimize schedules & maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Deliver a Premium Customer Experience : Create a warm welcome, foster loyalty & embody the brand’s values.
* Manage Back-Office : Handle scheduling, HR administration, budget tracking & reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing a 12-15 person store in retail
* Analytical mindset & strong grasp of numbers to turn data into action
* Natural leader with a passion for coaching & team building
* Enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle & customer experience
* Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and/or English; French is a plus
* Growth & Global Reach: A brand on the rise, present in Belgium & internationally
* Responsible Engagement: Eco-friendly initiatives (recycling, environmental partnerships)
