We are looking for a proactive and people-centred Community & Operations Manager to take the lead in the day-to-day running of our co-working space in Brussels. This multifaceted role blends hospitality, operations and community building. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will create an outstanding experience while overseeing logistics, vendors, assets and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. You will report directly to the Asset Manager and the Head of Asset Management while having high degree of autonomy, with room to take ownership and shape your role.
Your responsibilities
Front desk & reception
* Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries.
* Manage bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces.
* Provide tours to prospective clients.
Member & client management
* Build strong relationships with members, acting as the go-to person for their needs.
* Onboard new members and ensure a smooth integration into the community.
* Resolve issues and concerns efficiently with a client-first mindset.
* Coordinate member events, community initiatives and networking activities.
Space & facility management
* Oversee the cleanliness, functionality and overall atmosphere of the workspace.
* Ensure all supplies, amenities and utilities are available and well maintained.
* Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and security teams.
* Implement health, safety and emergency procedures when required.
Vendor & supplier coordination
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
* Source and negotiate contracts for recurring services and specific needs.
* Track and manage deliveries and consumables.
Operations & asset management
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of furniture, technology and equipment.
* Assist in budget tracking and basic financial reporting.
* Support business development initiatives and member retention strategies.

What we’re looking for
* Relevant experience in operations, hospitality, office management or another client-facing role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a natural ease in building relationships.
* Confidence in using office software and workspace management tools (e.g. Zapfloor).
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently with autonomy
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English
* Energetic, approachable and people-focused, with a genuine interest in others
* A detail-oriented approach and the ability to keep daily operations running smoothly
