In this role, you’ll help shape the digital presence of both the company and its senior leadership, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on creativity to strengthen both the corporate and personal brands.Your responsibilities:- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles for senior management.- Translate brand and content strategies into impactful, professional social posts.- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment.- Spot and act on tactical opportunities on social media.- Track and analyze performance to continuously improve content.- Independently create visual and written content (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).- Contribute fresh ideas and keep content formats innovative and engaging.What you bring:- Proven experience in social media and PR, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.- Strong editorial skills in English (near-native level), with working knowledge of French or Dutch.- Experience managing LinkedIn pages for brands and C-suite executives.- Familiarity with analytics tools and content performance reporting.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – including direct interaction with senior leadership.- Independence, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure.- Experience working agile and using tools like Wrike is a plus.Why this role?You’ll have the chance to work both strategically and creatively, with direct impact on the public image of key senior leaders within a highly respected organization.
