We are currently looking for a
Junior Accounts Payable Accountant
to join a finance team in Kortrijk.
This role is suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a real business environment.
Responsibilities
Process and verify supplier invoices in the ERP system
Support payment runs, vendor queries, and reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities
Work with Excel for basic reporting and analysis (formulas, pivot tables)
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Gain exposure to day-to-day operational finance activities
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional experience is not mandatory, its welcomed
Strong Excel skills or willingness to develop further
Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented approach
Curious and proactive mindset
Interest in accounting systems and process improvement
Dutch xphnsxz and English (Required)
Offer
Salary up to €3700/month depending on experience
Hybrid working model (4 days office in Kortrijk)
