Senior Lawyer M&A
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile transactions in an encouraging and innovative environment as a member of the Legal Division of the Euroclear group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of M&A transactions, from initial structuring and negotiation to closing and post-closing integration.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents.
3. Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare due diligence reports.
4. Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
5. Lead and mentor junior associates and support staff.
6. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
7. Master degree from an accredited law school.
8. +10 years of experience in M&A transactions, preferably at alaw firm or in-house legal department.
9. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
