We're looking for pricing consultants who combine strategic thinking with analytical execution.
What you'll doPricing strategy: value-based pricing, segmentation, price architecture, price positioningPricing governance: discount policy, guardrails, deal reviews, approval flowsAnalytics: price waterfall / pocket margin, margin & profitability analyses, customer and product-mix insightsData & tools: working with ERP data, data models, dashboards (Power BI/Metabase/Excel), sometimes SQLChange & enablement: sales enablement, playbooks, training, workshops with leadership and sales teamsProject delivery: from quick scans/audits to deep dives and implementation support
Who we're looking for3+ years of experience in pricing / commercial finance / business controlling / sales ops / management consulting / BI in a B2B contextStrong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics/Odoo/...) is a plusAnalytical and communicative — able to turn insights into clear decisions for sales and managementComfortable with ownership, structure, and working in small teamsFluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)Affinity with wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing is a strong advantage
