We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and hands-on Head of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team at Conectys. In this pivotal role, you will align our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive sustainable revenue growth, streamline operations, and empower data-driven decision-making across our global organization. You will lead a high-energy team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement innovative strategies that bolster our market expansion and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive, AI-driven revenue operations strategy aligned with global growth ambitions, partnering with C-suite executives to define revenue goals and ensure seamless integration across sales, marketing, and customer success.
* Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and technologies, optimizing CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and the revenue tech stack for accurate forecasting, real-time tracking, and actionable insights, while also developing and deploying efficient sales and marketing processes, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a culture of analytics by integrating next-gen AI and advanced data analysis into revenue planning and execution, utilizing predictive modeling and machine learning to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and mitigate risks.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Revenue Operations team, promoting a collaborative environment and serving as a key liaison across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
* Global Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to support global expansion, adapting revenue strategies to diverse regional markets, monitoring the competitive landscape, and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
* Change Management & Innovation: Lead transformative projects leveraging generative AI and other disruptive technologies to automate processes and enhance customer engagement, ensuring Conectys' revenue operations remain agile and future-proof by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
* 5+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related field, with a proven record of scaling revenue in a global enterprise.
* Experience in BPO, CX management, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
* Expertise in CRM systems is crucial, with a strong preference for candidates who have vast experience with HubSpot - our current CRM solution. Familiarity with additional systems such as Salesforce and other modern sales enablement tools is also valued.
* Proven ability to leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics for revenue optimization.
* Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, global environment.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Data-driven, adaptable, and proactive, with a relentless focus on achieving results.
