Job Description:
* As part of its activities, CLIENT is seeking one Generative AI Engineer.
* This is a full-time position with an estimated duration of one year, with the possibility of extensions, ideally starting in February 2026.
* Part of the mission can (but is not mandatory) be performed remotely, but a minimum of two full days per week (every week) on-site presence in Gosselies will be required. Additional days on-site may be requested on an ad-hoc basis, depending on the department's needs. As
* the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, a driver's license and vehicle will be necessary for travel.
Context:
* As part of the development of GenAiCC (Center of Excellence for Generative AI), CLIENT wishes to strengthen its team with a versatile profile capable of supporting digital transformation through the integration of generative AI solutions and automation, particularly via the Power Platform.
* The GenAiCC structures governance, security, and compliance around AI, while supporting business teams in adopting these technologies.
* The team leverages Microsoft tools such as Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to design, deploy, and govern innovative, conversational, and automated solutions.
* This role is project-oriented, with a focus on contributing to the evolution of GenAiCC.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborating across teams with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders The successful candidate will work in partnership with the solution architect and AI expert to participate in the design, deployment, optimization, and monitoring of generative AI solutions. Their role will specifically involve:
* Defining and analyzing business needs for AI projects (LLM, chatbots, automation, dashboards, etc.)
* Designing and developing tailored AI solutions, leveraging Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to create chatbots, conversational agents, intelligent search engines, and advanced automations
* Conducting functional and technical analyses and writing associated documentation
* Contributing to the structuring and evolution of the GenAiCC (governance, security, compliance, best practices)
* Implementing and documenting operational AI governance standards
* Monitoring technological developments and proposing continuous improvements, particularly for Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI solutions
