As an ISO Consultant, you will be pivotal in guiding our test centre through the process of achieving needed certifications. This requires both technical competences and the establishment of accurate testing and calibration systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a robust quality and competency framework within a limited timeframe.
About The Role
You will play a key role in developing and implementing a quality management system aligned with ISO 17025 standards, focusing on technical competence and the accuracy of our testing and calibration processes.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement a quality management system compliant with ISO 17025.
* Establish procedures for testing, calibration, and measurement uncertainty.
* Manage documentation, including SOPs, the quality manual, and audit reports.
* Define and implement competency management through staff training and qualification.
* Prepare and conduct internal audits.
* Advise on traceability, method validation, and calibration processes.
* Report progress and risks to management.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience with ISO/IEC 17025.
* Knowledge of quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 is a plus.
* Strong background in quality management and laboratory processes.
* Experience in audit preparation and certification projects.
* Familiarity with measurement equipment, calibration, and metrology.
* Solid hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of coaching teams and implementing processes.
* Language proficiency in English and Dutch.
