WHAT IS A LUXURY PERSONAL ASSISTANT?
A Luxury Personal Assistant assists the members with everyday requirements and demands. Duties often include arranging travel and luxury holidays, coordinating social activities, providing access to the latest fashions and hottest destinations, booking tickets to award-winning shows, managing the diary, making reservations at the trendiest new restaurants, organising events, conducting personal shopping, scheduling appointments, and running errands, among other tasks. As a Luxury Personal Assistant, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Lifestyle Manager at Quintessentially, you will play a pivotal role in managing and cultivating strong relationships with our high-profile members. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with them on a regular basis, ensuring their needs and preferences are thoroughly understood.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish and build strong relationships with high-profile members, acting as their primary point of contact within Quintessentially.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of each member's unique lifestyle, preferences, and specific requirements to offer tailored and personalised services of the highest quality.
* Ensure high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention and perception of value.
* Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information, ensuring their privacy and trust are preserved at all times.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, being resourceful and decisive in resolving any challenges or issues that may arise in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed members.
* Collaborate with our international suppliers and partner offices to offer exclusive benefits and privileges to our members.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury living and share relevant information with our members.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates must be fluent in written and sopken Dutch, French and English
* Having work experience in service sectors is a must, for example: personal assistance, tourism, travel, automotive, banking, luxury brands, hospitality, etc.
* Great organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making our members happy
* Friendly, courteous and confident at communicating with people, including international partners
* Always ready to be proactive and help members with their needs.
* Excellent team player; displays compassion towards and enjoys helping fellow colleagues
* Passionate about the luxury industry and what's trending
* Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively under pressure
* Able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday 09:30 – 18:00
As this position involves catering to the needs and demands of our esteemed members, including international clients in different time zones, the ability to adjust schedules and be available for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work is essential.
