Description de la fonction Responsibilities: Provide administrative support Assist with office maintenance tasks Help manage office equipment by ensuring it is in good working condition and arranging for repairs when needed. Set up meeting rooms and event spaces Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or delivery. Assist staff and visitors by answering questions, directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources, and ensuring a positive experience. Profil Qualifications: English speaker (Knoledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in facility management, office administration, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanor. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
