Data Engineer

Description:
Guarantees qualitative access to data sources.
Ensures the mastery of the data and guarantees the quality of its use (referencing, standardization, and qualification) in order to facilitate its exploitation by the teams (Data Analysts and Data Scientists).
Contributes to the definition of the data policy and to the structuring of its life cycle in compliance with the current regulations, in collaboration with the Chief Data Officer.
Scope of intervention is focused on application systems around data management and processing and on Big Data, IoT platforms, etc.
Oversees and integrates data of various kinds that come from these multiple sources and verifies the quality of the data that enters the Data Lake (completes testing of data, removes duplicates,).
Skills
Data collection
∙ Data preparation and cleaning using Dataiku
∙ Data pipeline creation and maintenance
∙ Data ingestion (structured and non-structured) in data lake
∙ Data processing and transformation upon use cases, including building custom calculations and measures in Dataiku
∙ Integration of Dataiku, AWS services, and PowerBI for scalable BI solutions
∙ Development and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards and reports
∙ Effective data visualization and data-driven decision making
∙ Training and mentoring team members on best practices in PowerBI and data analytics
