Establish and strengthen a solid network with architects and other key players in real estate development and construction. Act as an advisor in the design and implementation of projects, taking into account the client's needs (strong technical knowledge in construction required!) Work with teams to translate the client's ideas into concrete concepts. Supervise the project at the technical level to ensure its feasibility. xjsrcvq Manage contractual negotiations with various clients and establish the project budget in order to finalise the operation Report directly to the sales director The ideal profile?
