With your team of experts, you play an important role for the industry to help them apply this fascinating technology in their products and processes as a competitive advantage. /ph3strongYour role /strong /h3olliBased on technology scouting, you identify potential for GenAI innovation in the market. /liliIn collaboration with the Business Unit Manager and internal experts, you translate the market needs into strategic visions and a project portfolio. Subsequently, you draft convincing business cases for the submission of concrete RD projects. /liliYou play an important role in setting up and developing partnerships, anchoring Sirris' interests and providing technical input. /liliYou are line manager for an autonomous team of Project Managers/Senior AI Experts. This team will grow substantially over the next two years (up to around 15 team members). You recruit new talent and encourage the development of knowledge and skills of your team members. /liliYou oversee ongoing RD projects in various stages of development with a total budget of around EUR 1 million on an annual basis.
