To comply with the Belgian kilometer-charging system, all trucks over 3.5 tons must carry an On-Board Unit (OBU). These devices are available through self-service machines at designated Service Points.
A SIGMA Self-Service Machine is an automated distribution point for OBUs, fully designed, manufactured, installed, and maintained by the SIGMA Group.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and supporting the operation of these self-service machines—covering both OBU availability and hardware-related issues.
Provide remote support and assistance to Field Engineers
Diagnose and independently resolve hardware-related errors remotely
Collaborate closely with the Monitoring Team to ensure service continuity
Solid IT knowledge, especially in networking and Windows operating systems
Excellent communication skills in English and French (Italian is a plus)
