We're hiring a Business Analyst Consultant (2–6 years experience) – Financial Institutions & Innovation
Financial institutions are undergoing a major transformation driven by digital assets, new market infrastructures, data and regulation.
At Teals Consulting, we support banks, financial market infrastructures and industry players in navigating these changes and building the next generation of financial systems.
Our teams are currently involved in several innovation initiatives, including projects related to the Digital euro, where new forms of digital money and payment infrastructures are being explored.
With offices in Belgium, France and Germany and a team of 40 consultants, Teals operates as a boutique consulting firm specialized in Financial Services and Energy.
To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst Consultant with 2–6 years of experience to join our team.
Your role
As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will work at the intersection of business, technology and financial innovation, supporting our clients in shaping and implementing new solutions.
You will:
* understand complex business and market infrastructure challenges
* translate business needs into functional solutions for technology teams
* facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams
* contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives
You will work on projects in #banking, #capitalmarkets, market infrastructures, and emerging areas such as digital assets and new payment systems.
Your profile
We are looking for consultants who already have initial experience in business analysis, consulting or transformation projects, and who are curious about innovation in financial services.
You bring:
* 2–6 years of experience in consulting, financial institutions, fintech, or technology-driven projects
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* interest in digital finance, market infrastructures, or emerging technologies
* familiarity with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
* the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
Languages: Dutch or French + strong English
Education: Master in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
