Customer Service Specialist wanted for an international company in Leuven!
In this position you are in direct contact with your customers from the German market. Besides that you are the backup for the other markets. You have contact with hospitals, doctors, labs, etc. since the company is active in the medical sector. Following orders in SAP is your responsibility. You are also in daily contact with the warehouse about special wishes of shipments. You also manage complex tender orders. You accurately update all data in the ERP (SAP) system. In short, you take all necessary actions to resolve every customer claim and problem. In short, every day looks different & customer contact mainly takes place through email!
Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who speaks and writes fluently in German and English, knowledge of Dutch & French is a big plus.You can combine both communication and administration. You are a positive person who likes to work in an international environment and who can work independently and accurately. Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. Finally, you are eager to learn, customer-friendly and enjoy working in a team.
