This is a long-term freelance assignment with an initial duration of 6 months, renewable.brYou will work on critical reporting and analytics projects that support business decision-making, collaborating closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders from different departments.brYour responsibilitiesbrDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BIbrBuild and maintain ETL pipelines in Python and AWS GluebrIntegrate data from multiple sources into AWS Redshift and other data platformsbrOptimize and troubleshoot existing BI solutions, ensuring high data quality and performancebrWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsbrContribute to the development of data models and SSAS cubes where neededbrSupport report distribution using SSRSbrDocument solutions clearly and follow best practices in BI developmentbrYour profilebrProven experience as a BI Developer, ideally in a financial or insurance contextbrExcellent knowledge of Power BI and SQLbrStrong skills in Python for data manipulation and ETLbrSolid understanding of AWS technologies, especially Glue and RedshiftbrKnowledge of SSRS and SSAS is a strong plusbrAbility to analyze complex data and transform it into user-friendly reportsbrTeam player with good communication skillsbrFluent in English (required); knowledge of French is a plus.
