You lead the preparation and execution of technology and product development projects for innovative, integrated motors for compressors, serving multiple product divisions within Compressor Technique. You manage the creation and evaluation of technical designs together with designers and specialists, guiding the process from prototype stage to serial production. Throughout this journey, you deepen your understanding of the technology and engineering principles behind electric motors, while growing into an effective project leader. You keep management informed by reporting project progress clearly and consistently.
While your primary focus is project leadership, a key part of your role is to help drive the team’s mission: leveraging cross-divisional synergies to make optimal use of existing technology, components and sourcing expertise.
You take responsibility for defining and critically assessing prototype, product and project specifications, planning the project and managing its budget, preparing and running PTMs, and organizing all project activities—from conceptual development and prototype design to engineering calculations and lab testing. You ensure that designs are both high-quality and cost-effective, facilitate the necessary internal and external communication, and provide accurate reporting and documentation of test results. Ultimately, you make the prototype or product appealing not only to internal stakeholders but also to end customers, and you engage proactively in both technical and strategic discussions with all parties involved.
