Your Scope
As a Supplier Assurance Support you are responsible for maintaining supplier approval documentation and follow up of supplier complaints. In this role, you will work in a close collaboration with supplier assurance team, local quality teams a the Procurement team to ensure the compliance of externally purchased products as per Ardo’s quality & food safety standards.
Your key responsibilities and challenges:
1. A-Z Follow up, visualisation, trending of supplier complaints management. Updating the sampling plan, in relation to supplier complaints.
2. Supporting the supplier approval process for new suppliers & new products from existing suppliers ; requesting the relevant documents, review and upload them on SharePoint.
3. Ensure & update the due diligence documents and compliance on the SharePoint location (Certificates, reports, HACCP plan).
4. Maintain the 'approved supplier list' on SharePoint and keep it up to date.
5. Address technical questions/additional documentation asked by customers and Ardo sites linked to purchased products.
6. Mapping and follow up of sustainability & ethical compliance of suppliers lists. Keep them up to date (WIP - Target/objectives to be defined).
7. Updating and maintaining procurement specifications.
8. Supporting group quality team in maintaining quality master data in SAP (inspection plans).
Your profile
9. Preferably a bachelor's degree in food technologies, diet studies or equivalent by experience
10. (First) Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO (all quality standards) is an advantage
11. Being aware of priorities - handling problems on the right time, with the right perception
12. Criticism, controlling capacities – good communication capacities – structured way of working
13. Strong computer skills (Excel, power BI, SAP)
14. Accurate
15. Fluent in English (working in an international team)
16. A good communicator who enjoys working with people
