**Job Title:** Recruitment Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
* Identify, attract, and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methods.
* Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates.

* Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
