PwC Belgium is looking for a Project/Program Management professional to join our Advisory team. We are motivated by building trust and solving important problems, with a focus on helping clients nurture their evolutionary edge now and in the future.
Your Impact
* Interpret business needs and translate these into viable IT solution proposals in collaboration with institutional stakeholders, IT teams and subject matter experts.
* Build strong business cases supported by facts and figures.
* Document, analyze and assess the impact of regulatory and functional requirements on related processes and systems.
* Communicate proactively with the project team to enable teamwork and informed decisions.
* Work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Own the creation of user acceptance scenarios based on business inputs and coordinate the actual test cycle.
* Contribute to the creation of work breakdown structures and resource estimates.
* Act as an ambassador for PwC when interacting with stakeholders and potential prospects on the market.
About you
* You have obtained a Master’s Degree (preferably in business engineering or a similar field).
* You have 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, advising clients on several complex projects in parallel.
* You are proactive, resilient, service-minded and possess strong interpersonal skills.
* You can take a helicopter view and challenge proposals in line with business requirements and common sense.
* You have a passion for European integration and experience in the Consulting field.
* You have a passion for people management and are client-focused.
* You are flexible in using project management tools and demonstrate clear ownership to make a difference.
* You are a born team player who takes initiative and sees challenges as opportunities.
* You are fluent in English with strong writing skills.
