To strengthen their team, our client — a leading HVAC specialist — is looking for a Project Manager for the East and West Flanders region. As a Project Manager, you will: Be responsible for the complete A‑to‑Z follow‑up of your projects (technical sheets, installation guidelines, workforce planning, scheduling, placing orders, …) Act as the SPOC for your customer, keeping him informed about the progress on the sites Handle technical questions and challenges, work proactively, and provide solutions where needed Coach, lead, and motivate your on‑site team Monitor deadlines, quality, safety and costs Prepare progress reports and post‑calculations Manage the necessary administrative tasks Ensure proper project delivery Report to the Operational Manager You hold a degree in a technical field You have knowledge of central heating and sanitary systems You have at least 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership You are a strong communicator, a people manager, and able to motivate your team Quality and customer satisfaction are part of your DNA You have a strong command of Dutch and a good working knowledge of English and French You will work in a grow...
