Are you a public affairs consultant with experience in health and/or energy policy and a strong interest in EU decision-making? RPP is looking for a Consultant to join our EU Office in Brussels and contribute to impactful policy and government affairs projects.

About the role
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and coordinating EU public affairs projects, with a particular focus on health and energy policy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and implementing public affairs and advocacy projects
* Managing client relationships and acting as a key contact point for stakeholders
* Supporting strategy development, policy analysis, and client deliverables
* Contributing to business development, proposals, and new service offerings
* Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
* Actively contributing to internal initiatives and the growth of the Brussels office
Who we are looking for
You are a motivated and proactive consultant who brings:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in public affairs consulting, hands-on experience in health and/or energy policy (strongly preferred).
* in the field of Health Care or Energy.
* A university degree in political science, law, economics, communications, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
* A solid understanding of EU policy-making processes
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
* A collaborative mindset and experience working in or managing teams
* Excellent English (additional EU languages are an asset)
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
