* Prepare and coordinate all travel requirements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and ensuring complete travel programs and visa requirements.
* Manage, coordinate, and maintain the CEO's professional agenda, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Provide classical meeting support: organizing practical details for internal and external meetings, drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and creating presentations (PowerPoint, etc.).
* Assist with private administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and agenda management.
* You hold a minimum bachelor's degree.
* You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
* You operate with autonomy, proactivity, discretion, and trustworthiness, while maintaining a positive attitude.
* You have excellent communication skills in French and English; a third language is a plus.
* You demonstrate strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of prioritizing competing demands and acting proactively.
* You are detail‑oriented yet able to maintain a helicopter view.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
