You’ll also enjoy a range of benefits, such as flexible working (2 days per week in office), home office support, and health & life insurance coverage.ResponsibilitiesWrite, debug and deliver production grade software building the next generation of Audinate AV products.You'll be involved in all stages of the SDLC, whilst working in a development environment that is Agile, CI/CD, TDDGuide and mentor junior engineersWork closely with engineering leaders to develop software architectureProvide customer technical supportContribute to cross-project discussions and the future direction of our Dante productsWhat we're looking forBachelor degree in Computer Software, Electrical Engineering, or a similar disciplineStrong experience of C and C++ developmentDeep understanding of Android’s audio architecture: HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), AudioFlinger, AudioPolicyManager.Familiarity with the Android Camera HAL and video pipelineUnderstanding of AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and how audio and video services are structuredStrong knowledge of Embedded Linux internals and Linux toolsAdditional desired skills and experienceKnowledge of networking software stacksExperience with video software stackExperience with tools like JIRA, GIT, JenkinsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated Initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team, mentoring, pairing and collaborating with othersComfortable working in an international and Agile environmentIf you're an experienced embedded engineer with good Android knowledge, looking for an opportunity to make a difference we may be on the same wavelength.Apply now and submit your CV and cover letter.
