Main Responsibilities:
Analysis and Coordination
* Understand and discuss business analysis.
* Coordinate the reception process of analyses with the architect, lead developer, and service manager.
Transforming Analyses
* Convert business analyses into functional and (primarily) technical analyses for development and testing teams.
* Ensure compliance with digitalization principles, user experience standards, and coordination with testers and developers.
* Present and defend analyses during Agile refinement ceremonies.
Clarity and Alignment
* Provide the client with a realistic view of deliverables.
* Ensure developers fully understand the requirements and technical implementation details.
* Enable testers to clearly identify validation elements based on business and technical acceptance criteria.
* Produce "sprintable" tickets/cards that can be delivered within a three-week sprint.
Support and Issue Resolution
* Assist in defining issues and corrective actions in case of production problems or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) failures.
Working Approach
* Handle test dataset qualification.
* Contribute to diagnosing application issues.
* Produce analyses aligned with interface specifications
* May assume management responsibilities, such as team coordination or project management.
* Operate in an advanced technical environment, requiring strong skills in a complex technological ecosystem.
* Key attributes: anticipation, organizational flexibility, and cross-team communication.
Project
* Participate in a strategic project to rewrite a monolithic application into a microservices-based architecture.
* The application is comparable to a banking solution (payment, account, and reimbursement management) combined with accounting functionalities.
